Night and Low Light Photography - Online
Discover how night photography opens a whole new world of creative potential. This six-week course will give you a taste of the power, color, and mystery of shooting photographs in low light and night time. We will start the session with a discussion of the basics: ISO, tripod use, long exposures, live view focusing, cable releases, white balance, and more. Through in class demonstrations and directed assignments students will be able to start practicing their newfound skills. Tips and techniques in post production editing will also be presented. At the end of the class students will have the chance to show off their new images and receive some constructive feedback.

Students should have a working understanding of their camera’s shutter speed, aperture, and ISO.
This course will take place on Zoom. You will receive an email with the link upon completing your registration.
You may cancel up to seven days in advance to receive a refund. After that time no refunds or credits will be issued, no exceptions. PPAC will not provide refunds for courses missed as a result of students’ illness, emergencies, absence or any other events beyond PPAC’s control.
